At Afaq Tours, we act as a facilitator, assisting guests in booking holiday packages for both FIT (Free Independent Travelers) and corporate groups. Our services also include hotel bookings, attraction tickets, desert safari, dhow dinner cruises, city tours, sightseeing excursions, adventure tours, seasonal tours, water parks, theme parks, luxury yachts, limousine rides, aerial tours, water sports, dining experiences, private hires, and airport transfers.

Booking Process

By booking a tour through our website, you agree to our terms and conditions. Please ensure that all the information you provide (such as names, travel dates, passport numbers, and any other required details) is accurate. We accept no responsibility for any loss or inconvenience caused due to incorrect information provided by the guest.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Rates may increase due to unforeseen circumstances such as changes in theme park tickets, hotel rates, or transportation expenses. Unless specified otherwise in the tour details, all prices are quoted on a per-person basis and do not include insurance or accommodation unless stated.

Travel Insurance

The prices quoted do not cover any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings. It is strongly advised that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events during their trips. Afaq Tours accepts no liability for injuries sustained during the tours, excursions, or other activities. Additionally, guests are responsible for checking the necessary insurance for their tours at the time of booking.

Payment Method

We accept payments through Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards, as well as bank transfers in AED, USD, EUR, and GBP. By making a payment on our website, you agree to provide accurate payment details. All payments will be processed through secure channels, and the cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and merchant policies.

Payment Confirmation

Once your payment is processed, you will receive a payment receipt and booking confirmation. Please retain this receipt as evidence of payment for your booking confirmation

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and modification policies vary depending on the specific tour or activity. Detailed information is available on each respective tour page. If you wish to cancel or modify your booking, your request will be subject to availability at the time of the request. For cancellations, applicable service charges and refund/transfer fees will be deducted. A standard processing fee of 2.9% + 1 AED will be applied to all refunds. In cases where a tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control — such as adverse weather conditions, technical issues, or governmental restrictions — Afaq Tours reserves the right to cancel, amend, or reschedule the activity. In such cases, a full or partial refund or rescheduling option may be offered at our discretion. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided in the event of a no-show or failure to be available at the specified pickup/departure time as advised by our travel consultants.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. A fee of 2.9% + 1 AED will be deducted for each refund request. Each activity on our website may have its own specific refund and cancellation policy, so please refer to those details when requesting a refund.

Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure they carry all necessary documents, including valid ID and passport, for the tour. If any trip is missed due to the guest’s failure to provide proper documentation, Afaq Tours will not be liable for any losses, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

All content on our website, including images, logos, tour package information, pricing, and other relevant details, are the property of Afaq Tours. By using our website, you agree not to exploit its content for any commercial, non-personal, or illegal purposes.
